God did not design us to go through life alone. He designed us to be in relationship with one another. Life groups are the best way to help you go from just attending a service; to connecting with others at Church at the Gate.
Participating in the Seminar and Event will be an avenue the Lord will use in this restoration process, establishing our roots as He nurtures, prunes and matures us in righteousness for His Glory! Get more details on the Cleansing Stream website.
The commitment involves:
- Attendance at the six Session teachings—five Sessions in preparation for receiving ministry at the Event and the sixth Session following the Event
- Completion of the Session homework reinforcing the truth presented and putting them into practice
- Implementation of foundational disciplines
- Transparency and accountability to leadership and the small group
- Attendance at a Cleansing Stream Event
The unique combination of revelation (teachings and resources), relationship (small groups) and restoration (Event) brings results—changed lives!

Originally published in 1986 and updated in 1996 and 2010, Growing Kids God’s Way was the first major parenting curriculum written for the Christian community, and has since served over two million households. While the years have passed away, and fashions have changed, the principles contend within remain timeless. Serving as the forerunner of the new Life Series curriculum, the fifth edition Growing Kids God’s Way workbook and DVD presentation continues to provide parents hope, encouragement and practical instruction in their duty of raising morally responsible and biblically responsive children. The curriculum serves parents of preschoolers through the middle years.
